Typical symptoms: jerking when pulling away, delayed or harsh shifting, PRNDS flashing on the dashboard, limp mode (only some gears work). A worn clutch or old oil can cause the same symptoms — that’s why we start with diagnostics.
Do you repair or only replace the mechatronic unit?
Both. We repair most faults — replacing faulty valves or sensors or restoring the control unit. If a repair doesn’t make sense, we’ll suggest replacing the mechatronic unit. We decide based on diagnostics and tell you the price up front.
How much does mechatronics repair cost?
Diagnostics from 999 Kč. Mechatronics repair from 20 000 Kč, plus removal and installation from 4 000 Kč. We’ll tell you the exact price after diagnostics, before any work starts.
What warranty do you give?
We give a 3-month warranty on mechatronics repair, up to 6 months for some repairs.
Can I keep driving with a jerking gearbox?
Better not. Driving for long with a faulty mechatronic unit wears out the clutches, and an affordable repair can turn into a gearbox replacement. Book as soon as possible.
